Call for Board Members: Want to Make a Difference?
The Rural Communities Foundation of Nova Scotia (RCF) is making lasting change in rural Nova Scotia. RCF builds on the strengths of Nova Scotia’s rural communities by stimulating and establishing philanthropic giving, to develop a permanent endowment and to grant funds.
RCF is seeking volunteer board members interested in building dynamic, healthy and prosperous rural communities. Experience with financial management, endowment building and awareness of rural issues are considered assets. It is important that the Foundation reflects the community so diversity, gender balance, and age could be considered in the selection process.
For more information about RCF, visit our website or send a completed Expression of Interest and a member of the Foundation will be in touch with you.
For a better understanding of who we are, please join us for our Annual General Meeting at NSCC Truro on April 29, 2014 at 1:00pm.
