Everyone Can Get Better at Feedback
Feedback is part of our daily work. In fact, it is part of our daily life.
Giving, seeking and receiving feedback is among the key factors that help us become more self-aware and successful. Whether it is a simple short comment about an incident or a detailed conversation about how we are doing and what can we do differently, feedback remains the best way to understand how others perceive us.
In this program, we will be discussing the following:
How to give feedback. We will introduce few models and practice one of them.
How to seek for feedback. We will suggest a way to do that.
How to receive feedback. We will focus on how to be consciously aware of your response.
This program will be held online via Brightspace. A link to access the program will be provided in advance.
This program will be facilitated by Firas Zaytoun, Manager of Learning and Development at Dalhousie.
