Taking advantage of the strengths of multiple choice test questions (versatility, reliability and validity) requires construction of good multiple choice questions. Join us to explore best practices for constructing a ‘good’ multiple choice question.

This 3-hour session will consist of 2 parts and will include interactive components.

Part 1 – what makes a good multiple choice question and how to test higher thinking (analysis, evaluation) with multiple choice-based scenarios.

Part 2 – using the Quiz tool in Brightspace to do multiple choice questions and give feedback.

Coffee and muffins provided at break time.
