How Does Who we are Affect What we do in our Classrooms? (CLT)
Our personal identities are an accumulation of our gender, race, culture, age, and lived experiences, and influence our daily behaviours and social interactions. So how does our personal identity translate into how and what we teach? How does our identity change and evolve as we develop as teachers? And how does our personal identity shape our identity as a teacher? This workshop will explore how our personal and teaching identities interact with each other, our teaching, and student learning.
