Registration FAQs

What is the cancellation policy​?

Cancellations are only considered if the symposium secretariat is notified in writing. Please take in consideration the following rules:

  • All refunds will be made after the Vaccinium Symposium 2021.

Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions;

  • Cancellation received by May 31, 2021: Full registration fee will be refunded, but an administration fee of $70 CAD will be charged.
  •  Cancellation received between June 1 and July 30, 2021: 50% of full registration fees will be refunded.
  • Cancellation received after August 1, 2021: No refund will be provided.​

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to May 31, 2021 without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be advised of any alterations or transfers in writing. Transferring registration after May 31, 2021 will not be possible.​

If you do not attend the symposium without any notice of cancellation, no refund will be given. Also, refunds will NOT be possible in the event of missing part of the symposium.
