Registration and Payment

Registration will include membership fees for ECSA-C, regardless of country of origin. The fees are applicable for two years. All figures are in Canadian dollars.

Cancellation Policy
Participants wishing to cancel their registration for ECSA-C 2016 should send an email to ECSA-C membership fees are not reimbursed.

Cancellations will be accepted until April 20th, 2016 and will be charged a $25 administration fee.

Lord Nelson Hotel is situated in downtown Halifax. The room rate for the conference is $150/night single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes. Parking is $24/night.

Campus Accommodation  

Accommodation on campus is at Howe Hall, a student residence, that is walking distance to the Lord Nelson Hotel, the venue for the conference. Rates vary from $33-$50 for a single room. Full details and booking.

The Halifax International Airport (Airport Code “YHZ”) is 30 minutes from downtown.
