EU‑Canada Young Journalist Award
In December 2001, the EU diplomatic mission in Ottawa decided to create the EU-Canada Young Journalist Award to recognize outstanding journalistic merit or potential among Canadian students. This competition aims to reinforce links between the people of the European Union and Canada and to promote awareness of the European Union among a new generation of Canadian students and journalists. The winners are selected by an independent jury.
The Award is conferred once year. The application for the 2015 Award is due May 4, 2015. For more details check out the information on the site of Delegation of the European Union to Canada.
