The Digital Research Alliance of Canada (the Alliance) Researcher Council Cloud Survey Steering Group has launched a survey to better understand how Canadian researchers use the Alliance community cloud or commercial cloud services and to inform the development of a National Cloud Strategy. 

Researchers and research staff from all disciplines are encouraged to fill out the survey, regardless of their level of engagement with the Alliance Cloud (formerly Compute Canada Cloud) or other cloud services. 

Findings from the survey will help to identify gaps in cloud service provision and improve the functionality of the Alliance Cloud, in order to better serve the research community. 

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Responses will be aggregated and anonymized. 

The survey can be accessed here. The survey will be open until Monday, February 6. 

A summary of the findings will be shared with the community in Spring 2023.
