As part of an internal review process to look at ways to improve ethical review services for researchers, the UCLA is soliciting researcher input on their experience of the UCLA review process. If you have been involved in animal related research, please take a few minutes to respond to this survey.

Please do not include any confidential protocol/personnel details in your response. The survey will close November 19, 2021 and it should only take about two to three minutes to complete.
