Please note that the competition for MINDS’ 2021 NATO Defense College Fellowship (NDC) is now open.

MINDS has partnered with the NDC, located in Rome, Italy, to offer members of the Canadian defence and security expert community an opportunity to conduct a five-month fellowship, from February to July 2021, at the College as part of the Research Division. The selected fellow will receive a $100,000 grant to cover all expenses related to this opportunity.

To apply, you must be a Canadian citizen, have received a doctoral degree from a recognized university, and have completed previous research on issues related to security and defence. For more information, please visit the website.

Individuals interested in applying for this opportunity are asked to email the MINDS program at MINDS@forces.gc.ca. You will be provided with an application form.

Applications can be submitted until June 11, 2020 (11:59 PST). Late submissions will not be accepted.
