EJP‑RD Call for Proposals for Pre‑Clinical Research to Develop Effective Therapies for Rare Diseases

The European Joint Programme on Rare Diseases (EJP RD) has launched a joint transnational call for rare diseases research projects (JTC 2020) focused on “Pre-clinical Research to Develop Effective Therapies for Rare Diseases”. This is an international component of the CIHR Personalized Health Initiative.

Eligibility for Canadian applicants: The Canadian applicant must be a researcher who, at the time of application, has held a full time, independent research appointment, for a period of 0 to 5 years (60 months).

CIHR Funding component: CAD 150,000 per year per project, over 3 years.
