Dalhousie Research Services Support Survey

Dear Dalhousie researchers and research community,

I invite you to respond to the Dalhousie Research Services (DRS) Support Survey.

The survey should only take approximately 10 minutes to complete.  It was primarily developed for researchers, but anyone in the broader research community is welcome to respond.  A similar survey was conducted in 2012 and we will be using that survey as a baseline. 

During the fall, we are also undertaking process mapping of several systems in DRS.  The results of both of these initiatives will help inform an external review of DRS in winter 2018.  The last external review was undertaken in 2008 and it is time once again to examine and assess our services.  Our hope is that from these consultations and reviews, we will be well-informed to make any necessary adjustments to processes and resources in an effort to provide the best possible service.  We hope you will be part of the feedback process.
