Mitacs Globalink Research Awards help faculty and students in all disciplines at Canadian universities deepen the research links between Canadian and international educational institutions. Reciprocal opportunities exist between Canada and France, and a call for applications is now open.

Awards will be made to students in support of 12- to 24-week research project placements. Placements will be expected to commence in spring/summer 2018. Financial support varies by program component; please consult the appropriate guidelines:
· Awards for students registered at Canadian universities to conduct research in France
· Awards for French graduate students to conduct research at Canadian universities

Any Dalhousie faculty member interested in this opportunity is asked to contact the International Research Facilitator (jennifer.morawiecki@dal.ca) for more information and support in developing an application, and to facilitate the necessary institutional signatures.
