The India Office of the Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute currently has open competitions for its grants and awards for 2017-18.  Dalhousie faculty who collaborate with colleagues in India may be particularly interested in the following opportunities:

• Shastri Institutional Collaborative Research Grant (SICRG) 
• Shastri Mobility Programme (SMP) 
• Shastri Research Student Fellowship (SRSF)
• Shastri Programme Development Grant (SPDG)
• Faculty in Residence Programme (FIR)/ Global Initiative of Academic Networks (GIAN) – applications for this opportunity only are accepted at any time.
