Internal Deadline (Proposal): Pfizer Quality Improvement RFP - Optimizing Maternal Immunization Practice in Canada
Pfizer will support QI initiatives that focus on improving and/or optimizing maternal immunization practice and uptake in areas including but not limited to:
1. Clinical practice to improve the maternal immunization service quality and vaccination uptake such as:
- Supporting and/or training of HCPs on disease awareness/value of maternal immunization
- Optimizing and streamlining implementation of maternal immunization recommendations
- Increasing knowledge of the value of maternal immunization in pregnant women
- Addressing vaccine hesitancy in pregnant women
2. Novel clinical pathways to optimize vaccination uptake in pregnant women by improving vaccine access in pregnant women
Note: Particular consideration will be given to projects intended to improve care and/or access to maternal immunization for underrepresented populations such as new immigrants, visual minorities, First Nations, Métis, Inuit, or other underrepresented communities.
Individual projects requesting up to $45,000 CAD will be considered.
