Despite productive discussions over the last couple of months, today the DFA filed for conciliation. The Board was hoping to continue discussions at the collective bargaining table, however we remain optimistic that an agreement can be achieved through conciliation. We remain committed to resolving negotiations with our DFA colleagues so that we may together continue to serve our academic mission during an unprecedented time.
