Registration Fees

Fees must be paid in full, at time of registration, with the exception of Dalhousie students and employees who are paying via journal entry. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Register now!

Registration fee includes lunch and refreshment breaks. 

Conference Fees


Registration for the pre-conference is free and can be added as part of your registration package.  For conference attendees who have already, registered and paid you can contact to have the pre-conference(s) add to your reigistration.

External Conference Fees

2-day General $225 (plus 15% HST)
1-day General $175 (plus 15% HST) 
2-day Student $50 (plus 15% HST)

Payment in full must be received at time of registration. 

Internal Payment via Journal Entry 

Individuals paying via journal entry will receive an invoice upon completion of registration.   Payment in full must be received at time of registration. In the event that full payment is not received by Friday, April 24, 2020, without alternative arrangements being made, the delegate will be refused entry to the conference.

Cancellation policy 

All cancellations must be made by Friday, April 24, 2020 at midnight in order to be refunded.  An administration charge of $20 will be deducted.  No refunds will be given after Monday, April 24, 2020 at midnight.  If cancellation is required past the deadline, the registration fee can be transferred to a substitute delegate.


Registered delegate may be substituted free of charge.
