Registration Fees

Fees must be paid in full, at time of registration, with the exception of Dalhousie students and employees who are paying via journal entry. We accept MasterCard and Visa.  If you wish to make arrangements to pay through an alternative method, please contact the Centre for Learning and Teaching at clt@dal.ca to discuss possible arrangements. Fees are in Canadian dollars.  

Registration fee includes lunch and refreshment breaks.

Payment in full must be received at time of registration. 

Internal Payment via Journal Entry 

Individuals paying via journal entry will receive an invoice upon completion of registration.   Payment in full must be received at time of registration. In the event that full payment is not received by May 1, 2019, without alternative arrangements being made, the delegate will be refused entry to the conference.

Alternative Payments  

If you wish to make arrangements to pay through an alternative method (cash, cheque, invoice), please contact the Centre for Learning and Teaching at clt@dal.ca to discuss possible arrangements. 

Cancellation policy 

All cancellations must be made by Monday, April 22, 2019 at midnight in order to be refunded.  An administration charge of $20 will be deducted.  No refunds will be given after Monday, April 22, 2019 at midnight.  If cancellation is required past the deadline, the registration fee can be transferred to a substitute delegate.

Substitutions

Registered delegate may be substituted free of charge.
