Darwin said "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent. It is the one that is most adaptable to change". With that, this workshop will focus on the skills that are valuable in academia and industry. Topics may include: The behavioral science of persuasion, IQ vs EQ, power distance structures and mitigated speech. Ideas will be discussed and you will actively be encouraged to participate, add, and take part in exercises to invoke a well rounded understanding of which skills help individuals advance.
