- The Spencer Foundation Research Grant - The Foundation "invests in education research for the purpose of making education better. The Foundation pursues its mission by awarding research grants and fellowships and by strengthening the connections among education research, policy and practice through its communications and networking activities." - MOOC Research Funding Opportunity - The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is inviting interested researchers to submit proposals for research on the efficacy of early MOOC models for various learner audiences and in a wide variety of contexts. Grants will be made available in the range of $10,000 – $25,000. An initial short submission (2 pages max) is due July 7, 2013. Please visit the website for more information.
