Online learning

Dalhousie's Online Learning site has everything you need to know about:

  •     what you can expect from online courses
  •     technologies you'll be using
  •     other resources available at Dalhousie
You’ll also find detailed information there about your classes, our approach to grading, tips to help you succeed, and much more.
Our online courses are universally accessible, meaning that all students, including those living with disabilities or in different regions of the world, will have equitable access to course content, learning activities and assessments. Most courses will be primarily “asynchronous” (pre-recorded content) so that students can watch or listen at their own pace and on their own.
Students continue to have access to supports and student resources, including through the Dal Libraries and with any technical concerns through the Helpdesk.
