International student orientation will help you adjust to new surroundings and get the support you need to settle in to life in Nova Scotia. It's also free!

Graduate Student Orientation

The Faculty of Graduate Studies hosts pre-arrival webinars and an on-campus orientation session for new graduate students.

Start on Track – On Campus is a one-day orientation program for new students and their family and friends.

DSU O-Week

The Dalhousie Student Union (DSU) hosts O-Week for new students every year, including events like the opening Field Party, Dalympics, HFXplore, Concerts, speakers, and more. O-Week will introduce you to the campus, connect you with other students, and welcome you aboard as you kick-start your new adventure.

Register in person at Student Union Building starting Sept. 1 at 9am until Sept. 2 at 2pm.

AC Orientation

AC Orientation is run by the Dalhousie Agricultural Student Association (DASA) and the Student Success Centre team. It's fun, informative, will connect with other students and give you the tools to make your first semester a success.
