Recharge your body, mind and spirit. Join Student Health & Wellness counsellor, Dr. Stillman Jacquard, for Meditation in Everyday Life. This drop-in group is free of charge.

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6pm in Room 2105, 1246 LeMarchant Place. Start date is to be determined. 

Meditation is an ancient and scientifically proven technique that reduces stress and tension, improves concentration and enhances health and well being.
