Practicing your faith on campus
Dalhousie Multifaith Services hosts a number of events on campus, including weekly Meditation and meals. There are also a number of faith meetings held on campus, included below.

Meditation practice (beginners welcome!)

Evening Soto Zen meditation. Instuction and practice available for all members of the Dalhousie community. Zen, being experience rather than belief based, has a long tradition of approaching challenges holistically, with both body and mind. Individuals from all backgrounds are invited to take part in this simple yet profound training. No prior experience required.You are invited to come practice zazen and use your experience to deepen compassion and understanding within the context of your own life. Everyone welcome. Come sit zazen!
Multifaith meal & conversation
Location: Dalhousie International Centre, LeMarchant Building
Time: Mondays at 5:30pm (starting September 18)

Join Robyn and other chaplains on Monday evenings at 5:30 at the International Centre for a meal and informal conversation. All are welcome. Bring your questions and curiosity, and a willingness to engage with a diversity of traditions.
Catholic Christian Outreach

Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO) is a national university student movement dedicated to sharing the Catholic faith with students and equipping them for leadership. Want to know more about Christianity? We offer a six-week small group faith study. We also host speaker nights, go to Mass together, have praise and worship, sports, and social events. Weekly faith studies are held at various times throughout the week
St. Catherine Society
Location: St. Joseph's Newman Centre, 6345 Coburg Road
Time: Bi-monthly meetings on Wednesdays
The St. Catherine Society is a campus ministry of St. Joseph’s Newman Centre. Its mission is to bring faith and scholarship to the critical issues of church and society, responding to the spiritual and intellectual questions of young adults.
