Adulting 101 workshop series


Adulting 101 is a series of workshops available to Dalhousie and King's students on a range of topics related to their health and wellness. We encourage students to drop-by one, or all of the workshops! 

Workshop 1: Health on a budget 

October 17, 6-8pm, Student Union Building room 307

Presenter: Emily Glover, Dietician from Mount Saint Vincent University

  • Physical activity tips (presented by Dalhousie Athletics & Recreation)

Workshop 2: Sleep, stress and staying afloat

  • Good credit - what it is and how to maintain it

Workshop 4: Professional you

Workshop 5: Tax Clinic 

March 5, (One-on-One Sessions)

No idea how to do your taxes? Don't stress! Student Health & Wellness has partnered with the Rowe School of Business to bring you FREE one-on-one tax clinics with trained volunteers.

There are limited appointments available so make sure to register well in advance by messaging the Dalhousie Volunteer Tax Clinic.

Take advantage of this amazing resource and make tax season a breeze. All participants will be entered into a draw for a gift card!
