Are you feeling disconnected from yourself due to the demands in your life (relationships, school, social media, other responsibilities, etc.)? Are you overly hard on yourself? Do you find it difficult to stand up for your own needs/rights in relationships with others?

The longest relationship we will ever have is the one with ourselves. In this workshop we will discuss a variety of aspects of self-care and ways to talk to ourselves and nurture this essential relationship.
