Laughter Yoga is a unique concept where anyone can laugh for no reason without relying on humor, jokes or comedy so long as they have a willingness to practice. Studies have shown the benefits of Laughter Yoga include stress reduction and improved oxygenation. 

Largely a sitting practice, wear comfortable clothing, have water nearby, and space for arm movements.
