Join us to discuss the role that Post-Secondary Institutions (PSIs) play in the Student-Instructor Relationships through exploring recommendations described in the white paper:
- Develop a clear standalone statement of expectations regarding student-instructor relationships
- Provide education and training for instructors
- Empower students and staff
- Follow through when made aware of an abuse of power, sexual violence/ harassment, and relationships that undermine the integrity of the teaching relationship. Setting these clear boundaries will help to foster healthier relationships going forward
