Are you stressed, anxious, or worried? Join us for an 8-week cognitive-behavioural therapy group where you will gain a better understanding of your anxiety as well as learn and practice strategies to manage your anxiety. Group therapy presents many advantages, such as: 1) The opportunity to learn from, and share with, other individuals who understand and relate to your situation; and 2) the opportunity to receive support and encouragement from other group members. We hope to see you there!
Registration is required.
