Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is the help provided to someone developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Dalhousie University offers free mental health first aid training to students at the Halifax campuses as part of our commitment to improve peer support on campus, raise awareness for support services, and de-stigmatize mental illness in our community.
