Student to Employer Program

STEP 5

The Student to Employer Program (STEP) allows you to meet one-on-one with employers of your choice.

Let us know which organization you're interested in connecting with, and the CLDC will assist in scheduling an informational interview.

What's an Informational interview?

An informational interview is a one-on-one meeting with a professional in your field to get advice about your career goals. You can learn about:

  • What employers are looking for in new graduates.
  • What it's like to work for your organization of choice. 
  • How to break into the field.

The best part about an informational interview is the opportunity to expand your proessional network. This one-on-one meeting with give you the chance to demonstrate your enthusiam and talne to professional working for your employer of choice.
