A family connection

“My brother studied at Dal and was always talking about how great the school was and how wonderful the city and community were. I wanted to have that experience.”

International flavour

“I really love how international Halifax and Dalhousie are. We are exposed to different cultures from around the world, including my own culture – which helped me when I was missing home.”

Finding friends

“I was able to find different groups of friends through the classes and societies. I think I have already made friends that I am going to be friends with forever.”

Beautiful Halifax

“The city is beautiful and there is a bit of everything – restaurants, parks, concerts, museums. I love Halifax and I plan on travelling around to get to know more about the province.”
