What can I do with this degree?

Rapid scientific and technological advances in a variety of fields are accelerating growth of the global ocean economy, which already produces over $1.5 trillion USD in economic output and accounts for over 30 million jobs worldwide. In Nova Scotia alone there are over 200 ocean technology companies with specialties ranging from navigation systems to designing communications aboard Canadian Navy ships.
