What inspires me

Ancient philosophy confronts the most fundamental questions for thinking. The Neoplatonists engaged in the philosophical (and even pre-philosophical) tradition in order to reconcile and synthesize the basic accounts of everything that is. This enables one to see through some of the divisions and distinctions that dominate our thought, and come to a more original and unified understanding of the whole cosmos.
