Web and technical support
If you have a technical issue with your website (CQ or Collage systems), submit the issue to our ticketing system by sending an email to email@example.com. Be sure to include the site or specific page URL, details of the issue and level of urgency. Your issue will be assigned to a developer for prompt resolution.
- You can download CQ Tutorials from the blog. Note: you must have attended a CQ training session and have an active CQ login to access the tutorials.
- For information on attending a CQ training session, please contact the Communications manager for web content.
- If you have a question that isn't answered in the tutorials or a general question about creating or editing content in CQ, contact one of the content officers.

Web/social media group
Many Dalhousie staff and faculty are tasked with updating and maintaining the university’s web presence. The web/social media group is an opportunity to learn about web strategy, content writing, social media, analytics and discuss other topics with peers from across the university.
Facilitated by the web team, the group meets every two months, on the third Thursday, with discussions alternating between web and social media. To receive email communications and meeting invites, contact our social media communications officer.
