Due to exterior renovations of the Henry Hicks Building, the Faculty of Graduate studies will be temporarily relocated to the 4th floor of O’Brien Hall (5217 Morris Street) on Sexton Campus. This move is effective May 2, 2016 until August 31, 2016 (return date tentative).

While O’Brien Hall is a secure building, students and couriers will still be able to access the FGS office through the reception desk on the main level. All phone numbers will remain the same.

For your convenience, we will maintain a mail drop-off slot at room 314 Henry Hicks, which will be retrieved daily.

To facilitate this move, our offices will be closed on Monday May 2nd. You may also experience slower than normal response times from staff as we transition.
