    Subject: Research Recruitment: 6 to 8 year old children

    Dr. Shannon Johnson's lab is currently looking to recruit participants between 6 to 8 years of age for a research study that is investigating face and information processing.  The session takes approximately 2.5 hours, and can be completed on a weekday, evening, or weekend that is convenient for you and your child.  Participants will receive $10/hour as a "thank you" for their time.

    Position: Sessional Instructor - HLTH 4040.03 (Fall 2012)

     

    Department: Health Law Institute

     

    Pay rate: In accordance with CUPE agreement

     

    Work Assignment: The sessional instructor will be responsible for HLTH 4040.03 (Health Law for Non-Lawyers). The instructor will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including course preparation for distance delivery using Blackboard Learning System (BLS), lecture postings, test preparation, and student evaluation. In addition, the lecturer must be available on-line for consultation with students.

    For a detailed course description please refer to the undergraduate academic calendar under Health Professions, Interdisciplinary.

    Position Requirements: 1) LL.B.; and 2) previous health law training and/or experience. Experience working with BLS is considered an asset.
