From July 15-23, Dalhousie is hosting its first Pride Week — a series of events and community activities designed to spark discussion and reinforce the importance of building welcoming, safe and inclusive communities.
The week kicked off with flag raising ceremonies in both Halifax and Truro. Photographer Nick Pearce attended the Truro ceremony, held in the Agricultural Campus's outdoor amphitheatre, on Friday, July 15. Danny Abriel was on-hand for photos at the Halifax ceremony at Carleton Campus on Monday, July 18.
