Athletes of the Week (ending December 1)

Dalhousie University presents our G2 Athletes of the Week for the week ending Sunday, December 1, 2013.

Courtney Thompson, Basketball

Fourth-yeah guard Courtney Thompson is this week’s G2 Female Athlete of the Week.

Thompson scored 13 points in the Tigers Wednesday night loss to the CIS No. 1 ranked Saint Mary’s Huskies. She also added four rebounds in 35 minutes of play

A commerce student, Thompson is from Saint John, NB.

Devon Stedman, Basketball

Second-year forward Devon Stedman is this weeks’ G2 Male Athlete of the Week.

Stedman scored 17 points and collected 7 rebounds in the Tigers three-point loss to the Saint Mary’s Huskies on Wednesday.

The Ottawa, ON native is enrolled in Dalhousie’s management program.
