Some kind of wonderful

Oooh, the Miller Lake Dragon!

The Bay of Fundy has swept into the final round of an international contest designed to name the next seven wonders of nature.

Canada's only remaining entrant in the contest was named on Tuesday to the Top 28 of the New 7 Wonders of Nature campaign.

In an alternate universe, what attractions would you nominate for our own 7 Wonders contest? Think wacky, like the rock dice you see along the Highway 107 on the way to Musquodoboit Harbour or the Miller Lake Dragon which pokes its head out of the water on the way to the airport.

I loved that tire.
The large "ham shaped" rock that used to sit on the shore of the Bedford Basin that gave "Rockingham" its name.

when driving into halifax on the 101 on the ride side, just by pockwock watershed area, the big nosed face rock formation. Hard to find, but it is a rock that looks like a huge nose with nostrils and an eye painted on it.

Or three pools, near greenwhich in the valley.
