I think going for a run in the morning is the best thing to clear the mind and prepare for the stresses of the day.
For one those crappy seats and desks in Dalplex cause some serious strain. How can you be relaxed writing on a desk that is wobbly or a pretty uncomfortable chair!?!
Agreed with Z.
How can you destress with desks that are falling apart, and waiting for your exam to begin with hundreds of others freaking out, breaking your calm, and chattering about how nervous they are. Nor does the muffled microphone used to annouce that the exams will begin. "The what will begin?" Despite exercising, swimming and listening to music to destress...it falls right back on your shoulders when you walk into Dalplex's hustle and bustle.
