The Dalhousie Coastal Hydrology Lab is part of the Centre for Water Resources Studies and the Department of Civil and Resource Engineering at Dalhousie. We study a broad range of coastal issues, with a focus on surface and groundwater quantity and quality. We also investigate the influence of coastal hydrodynamics and morphodynamics on coastal resources. Our research is quantitative with a combination of field work (in situ sensing and remote sensing with drones) and numerical modeling.
