Work Assignment:  INFO 5520 Research Methods

The sessional instructor will teach the core course Research Methods (INFO 5520) in the MLIS program during the 2017 Winter term.  The course is scheduled for one 3 hour period per week, January – April 2017.

Requirements of the Position:
MLIS degree (or similar) and significant employment experience in research methods. Prior teaching or research experience in this area (or a similar area) would be an asset.

The instructor reports to the Director of the School.  Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibility for all aspects of teaching and administering the course, including lectures, active learning class sessions, assignment preparation and evaluation; availability for two hours per week for consultation with students.
