Dalhousie Management Society
The Dalhousie Management Society is committed to enhancing the lives of Bachelor of Management (BMgmt) and Bachelor of Science/Recreation/Bachelor of Management (BScRBM) students. We offer an array of academic, charitable, athletic and social events specifically suited to the interest of all Bachelor of Management students.
Our society encompasses an elected body of BMgmt and BScR/BMgmt students across all years of study. These dedicated individuals act as a liaison between students, faculty members and our business community. Additionally, council members continuously strive to enhance and refine the Bachelor of Management program. During our annual general meeting and semi-annual academic review sessions we collect constructive feedback from students that positively impacts the direction of our program.
The Dalhousie Management Society prides itself on equally supporting all of the program's six majors, by tailoring case competitions and social events to highlight each of them. The main event we host is the Management Speaker Series where we invite business, political and community leaders from across Canada to engage with Management students. The eclectic mix of speakers offers a unique opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of business.
