The Department of Political Science is very pleased to reveal that Florian Bail has received the 2013 sessional teaching award. Florian has been teaching for the Department steadily for 25 years or more. In addition to numerous popular class assignments he has supervised 30 honours, 5 MAs and has been examiner on same umpteen times.
The Department has been privileged to have this excellent intellectual work with us for so long. He has contributed as much as any tenured faculty member in teaching and supervision. Given his consistently high level of performance in a variety of classes over the years, his high-quality sessional instruction, his generous contribution of supervisions, and his sharing of fine intellectual lectures and presentations, it is clear that Florian Bail is well deserving of the Dalhousie Sessional and Part-time Instructor Award of Excellence for Teaching.
Congradulations Florian!
