Lunch time fitness at the Langille Athletic Centre

Join us for this great group exercise class held both indoors and outside weather permitting.

High-intensity, low-impact strength training class utilizes dumbbells, ropes, and calisthenics to improve your strength, burn stubborn bodyfat, and shape & define your body one muscle group at a time.

The sessions are 45 minutes in length and are strategically structured to work each muscle group hard with a focus on glutes, legs, shoulders and abs.

These fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people!!!!
