My DalCard Doesn't Work

If your DalCard is not working you can bring it in to the University DalCard Office at 1443 Seymour St. (map), and DalCard staff will help you resolve the issue.

Regular hours of operation:

• Monday to Wednesday & Friday 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Thursdays 8:30 a.m.–7 p.m.

Punching a hole in your DalCard will damage it and may result in your card malfunctioning. You can purchase holders designed to work with your card at the Bookstore and at the DalCard office.

There is a $15 fee to replace a DalCard that has been lost or damaged. There is no fee to replace an expired or faulty DalCard.
