Description: Neuroscience is the study of the brain. It’s a rapidly developing research area that includes all aspects of the structure and function of nervous systems. It is interdisciplinary in nature and entails molecular, biochemical behavioral, anatomical, physiological and developmental approaches. Anchored in the natural sciences, it has close and influential ties to psychology and even philosophy. Our programs provide an overview of the discipline and opportunities to explore research at the molecular, cellular and behavioural levels.

Neuroscience provides a good basis for application to profession programs in Medicine, and Speech and Hearing Disorders
