Description: The Disability Management diploma program is built around the philosophy that early assistance is the most effective way to help injured and ill individuals return to work and attain their maximum level of functioning and ability. This unique part-time academic program is offered, via distance education, to health-care professionals working in the field.

Length of program: 1.5 years (following previous academic study and/or experience in the workforce)
Prerequisites: Applicants to the DDM program are employees of the Worker’s Compensation Board of Canada or perform similar work with a public or private agency dealing with the return-to-work process for injured workers.
