Future studies
After completing your Minor in Food Science at Dal, you could go on to our graduate program in Food Science. As a graduate student pursuing the Master of Science or PhD in Food Science here, you'll work closely with researchers on exciting and collaborative projects in areas such as food and water safety, brewing science, biotechnology and the development of new health-promoting and nutraceutical products. You can also continue to study your major science, with an applied focus on food science.
Future graduate or professional work might include:
